Role Overview

The Salesforce Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, pitching Salesforce services and solutions, managing the end-to-end sales cycle, and achieving business targets. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills along with a strong understanding of Salesforce products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and industry events.
  • Understand client requirements and present tailored Salesforce solutions.
  • Drive the end-to-end sales cycle – from prospecting to closing deals.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals, demos, and solution presentations.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
  • Stay updated on Salesforce trends, products, and competitor offerings.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in CRM and provide regular reports to management.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT sales / SaaS sales (Salesforce sales experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, CPQ, etc.).
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-driven environment.
  • Strong business acumen with customer-focused mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,224.58 - ₹50,000.00 per month
