Role Description

We are hiring a Lead Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce to take ownership of end-to-end technical delivery. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Tiruppur, with partial work-from-home flexibility. You will lead development efforts across both service projects and product initiatives, mentor junior developers, and work closely with stakeholders to drive high-impact outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and deployment of Salesforce solutions using LWC, Apex, and Visualforce
• Translate business needs into scalable, robust technical architecture
• Oversee AppExchange product features and services-based custom implementations
• Mentor and guide junior team members in best practices and solution architecture
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to ensure timely delivery
• Troubleshoot complex issues, perform code reviews, and maintain high-quality standards

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations
• Proven experience in both product (2GP packaging, AppExchange apps) and services (client-facing implementations)
• Hands-on expertise with Salesforce clouds like Sales, Service, Marketing, and Experience Cloud
• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer I/II, Admin, App Builder, etc.)
• Strong communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Preferred Add-ons

• Experience with Data Cloud, Amazon Connect, or Salesforce Industries
• Previous experience leading agile teams or squads
• Exposure to high-scale enterprise environments or start-up ecosystems
