Lead Salesforce Developer

You are a highly skilled and experienced Lead Salesforce Developer responsible for driving the design and development of Salesforce solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud and CPQ. Your expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, Flows, and Aura, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices, will be crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the technical design and development of Salesforce solutions using Sales Cloud and CPQ. - Develop high-quality, scalable code using LWC, Apex, Flows, and Aura components. - Evaluate business requirements and recommend optimal solutions using out-of-the-box (OOTB) features or custom development as needed. - Apply design and coding best practices to ensure maintainability, performance, and security. - Conduct detailed code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers. - Collaborate with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders to deliver robust solutions. - Participate in solutioning discussions and contribute to architectural decisions. - Support the formation and mentoring of a new development team around the lead role.
