Lead Salesforce Developer

As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and enhancing Salesforce solutions using various Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Components (LWC), and Flows. Qualifications and Experience: - 7+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows. - Strong experience in Salesforce Production Support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. - Knowledge of Salesforce customization, configuration, workflows, process automation (Flows, Process Builder, Approval Processes). - Expertise in User Journey preparations, User Story reviews, acceptance criteria, and Data Modeling. - Strong understanding of Apex Design Patterns and modern UI techniques. - Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs (REST/SOAP), middleware tools (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, etc.). - Familiarity with Salesforce security models, profiles, roles, and permission sets. - Understanding of Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and governor limits. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, production support environment. - Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) are a plus.
