🚀 We're Hiring: Lead Developer Salesforce | Hybrid | 7+ Years Experience 📍 Location: Hybrid 💼 Employment Type: Full-Time Are you a seasoned Salesforce Developer with a passion for solving complex problems and building scalable solutions? Join our dynamic team and play a key role in delivering high-impact Salesforce enhancements and support! 🔧 Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Triggers, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC) , and Flows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. Participate in User Journey planning , reviewing User Stories and acceptance criteria. Apply Data Modeling techniques and Apex Design Patterns for optimal architecture. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud , Service Cloud , and Experience Cloud (formerly Community Cloud). Conduct code reviews , debugging, and performance tuning. Provide Salesforce Production Support, troubleshoot critical issues, and ensure platform stability. Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices , security standards, and governance. Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools. Maintain clear documentation and support user training efforts. 🎯 Required Skills & Experience: 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience. Strong skills in Apex, Triggers, LWC, Visualforce , and Flow automation . Proven ability in Salesforce Production Support and troubleshooting. Solid understanding of Salesforce security models and governor limits . Experience with API integrations and middleware tools (e.g., Mulesoft, Dell Boomi). Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills in fast-paced environments. Salesforce certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Salesforce Certified Platform Developer. 🌟 Nice to Have: Experience with Copado and other Salesforce DevOps tools (Gearset, Flosum, AutoRABIT). Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams.
