Business Development Associate (Inside sales)

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Professional with strong end-to-end closing experience over the phone. The ideal candidate excels in communication, manages the full sales cycle independentlyfrom the first call to negotiation to final closure—and consistently delivers high-value conversions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound/inbound sales calls and manage the complete sales cycle independently.
  
• Handle customer qualification, product explanation, objection handling, negotiation, and final closure over the call.
  
• Maintain strong follow-up discipline to maximize conversions.
  
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
  
• Maintain updated records of interactions, leads, and closures in the CRM.
  
• Build strong product knowledge to provide accurate information to customers.
  
• Coordinate with internal teams (operations, fulfillment, support) for smooth post-sales handover.
  

Required Experience & Skills

• 3+ years of Inside Sales experience with proven end-to-end closing over call.
  
• Experience selling products/services with an average ticket size of 50,000 or higher.
  
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  
• Excellent call-handling discipline and CRM usage.
