Were expanding our team in Noida and looking for sharp, energetic BD & Sales Executives who can drive property sales and build strong customer relationships. Key Responsibilities Actively engage with potential buyers to understand their property needs. Showcase Openhouse-listed properties to prospective clients Generate and convert qualified leads into successful property sales. Build and maintain relationships with channel partners, brokers, and local agents. Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular updates on pipeline and performance. Ensure an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey. Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or direct sales. Real estate experience preferred (residential or commercial). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Willing to travel locally for site visits and client meetings. Goal-oriented with a proactive, go-getter attitude. Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Excel/Google Sheets. What We Offer Fixed salary up to 4.5 LPA + performance-based incentives.
