Job Title: Business Development Acquisition Location: Noida, Gurgaon Experience Required: Minimum 4 Years in Business Development Industry Preference: Real Estate Salary: 6-8 lpa including travel re-imbursement About Openhouse OpenHouse is transforming residential resale transactions by making them transparent, hassle-free, and ensuring the best price. We offer complete transaction support, including legal documentation and property registration, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. As we grow, were looking for a driven Business Development Acquisition professional to help us bring more properties into our portfolio. What Youll Be Doing Identify and acquire new properties (residential and commercial) that meet Openhouse’s criteria. Engage directly with property owners and real estate brokers to pitch Openhouse’s model and value proposition. Negotiate and close acquisition deals , including signing exclusive mandates. Conduct field visits to inspect and evaluate properties. Build and manage a network of brokers, agents, and property consultants . Work closely with the operations and listings teams to ensure smooth handover post-acquisition. Track and report acquisition metrics regularly. What we’re Looking For Minimum 4 years of experience in Business Development , preferably in the real estate sector. Strong network in the local property market (brokers, developers, owners). Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills . Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently. Comfortable with on-ground field work and frequent travel within the city. Proficiency in using tools like CRM software, Google Sheets/Excel.
