Roles & Responsibilities

Business Development

• Identify and convert new business leads for digital marketing services.
• Prepare customized proposals, pitch decks, and client presentations.
• Lead client meetings, follow-ups, and negotiations to close deals.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets while maintaining a healthy lead pipeline.
• Collaborate with senior management to plan and implement business growth strategies.

Client Relationship Management

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of promised services.
• Share campaign performance updates and identify cross-selling opportunities.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in

  Business Development

  within a

  digital marketing agency

• Strong understanding of digital marketing services and performance metrics (CTR, ROI, CPL, etc.).
• Proven track record in

  sales, client acquisition, and relationship management

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Experience in creating proposals, SOWs, and leading client pitches.
