About the Role

We are seeking a driven and proactive Business Development Specialist to join our Jaipur office. This role is focused on expanding our IT services and staffing business by identifying new clients, nurturing relationships, and ensuring successful delivery through collaboration with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in IT staffing or services sales and a strong understanding of business development strategies, customer engagement, and market dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• • Identify and develop new business opportunities within IT staffing and project-based services.
• • Generate leads through various channels including LinkedIn, cold calls, networking, events, and referrals.
• • Build strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and proposing relevant solutions.
• • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
• • Collaborate with the internal recruitment and delivery teams to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements.
• • Maintain a deep understanding of client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling and long-term engagement.
• • Support proposal creation, capability presentations, and client documentation as needed.
• • Track sales performance, pipeline metrics, and business growth initiatives in coordination with leadership.
• • Stay updated on IT services market trends, pricing models, and competitor offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, HR, or a related field.
• • Minimum 3 years of experience in business development, staffing sales, or client relationship management within the IT industry.
• • Proven record of achieving or exceeding business targets in IT services or staffing.
• • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• • Ability to build trust-based relationships with clients and internal teams.
• • Knowledge of IT technologies, staffing models, and service delivery processes.
• • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
