Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development strategies to expand IT service offerings across global markets.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within IT Services, Field Support Operations (FSO), and Managed IT Solutions.
  • Engage with enterprise clients to understand their requirements and propose tailored technology solutions.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to proposal submission, negotiation, and closure.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Prepare and respond to

    RFPs

    ,

    RFQs

    , and other client documentation for global bids and proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, procurement heads, and decision-makers across regions.
  • Track market trends and competitors to identify new growth opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
  • Work closely with internal procurement and operations teams to align on pricing, sourcing, and delivery models.
  • Ensure all business documentation, proposals, and presentations meet company standards and client expectations
