Client Relationship Management Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders Act as the primary point of contact and liaison between clients and internal teams 3. Proposal Development & Deal Closure Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and pitch documents Lead commercial negotiations and close deals aligned with organizational objectives 4. Market Research & Strategic Inputs Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments Provide insights to enhance IL Services and identify new business opportunities 5. Internal Collaboration & Partnership Development Work closely with Events, Marketing, and Communications teams to align business development activities Support end-to-end event planning and execution Develop and execute collaborative business models, partnerships, and joint ventures Language : English and Hindi
