Job Summary

Business Development professional

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and manage

  new business opportunities in the domestic (India) market

• Generate leads through

  cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals

• Understand client requirements and propose

  IT consulting solutions

  (Digital, ECM, Custom Development, Cloud, API, Automation, etc.)
• Prepare

  proposals, RFP/RFI responses, quotations, and presentations

• Coordinate with

  pre-sales, technical, and delivery teams

  to ensure solution alignment
• Conduct

  client meetings, product/service presentations, and negotiations

• Build and maintain

  long-term relationships

  with clients and key stakeholders
• Track sales activities, pipeline, and forecasts using

  CRM tools

• Achieve

  monthly and quarterly revenue targets

• Stay updated on

  market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience

  in Business Development / Sales within

  IT Consulting or IT Services

• Strong exposure to

  domestic (India) client handling

• Excellent

  communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

• Hands-on experience with

  lead generation and deal closure

• Ability to understand technical offerings and convert them into business solutions
• Experience working with

  SMEs, mid-market, or enterprise clients

  (preferred)
• Proficient in

  MS Office, CRM tools, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

• MBA (Sales/Marketing) is an added advantage
