Roles and Responsibilities

1 Brand Representation Represent the Company at events, trade shows, and conferences. 
Upload the company's reputation and act as a brand ambassador.    2. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients Serve as the primary point of contract for key clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention 3. Lead Generation & client Acquisition  Identify potential markets, clients and partnerships Develop strategies to generate new leads through various channels ( networking, online platform, cold calls etc.) 4. Market Research & strategy Development Conduct Market analysis to identify trends, opportunities. Develop & implement growth strategies to expand the business present findings & recommendations to stakeholders 5. Lead & Revenue Growthachieve assigned lead targets and business growth objectivesNegotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients.Monitor and analyseLead performance to ensure consistent growth.6. Team CollaborationProvide feedback to internal teams about client requirements and market trends.Train and mentor junior business development staff.7. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare regular reports on lead, client interactions, and market trends.Maintain accurate records of client information and business activities. Present progress updates to senior management.8. BOQ-PreparationTo arrange new client visit to ongoing project sitesSubmission of BOQ & quotationSubmission required RFQ, etc. documentsSubmission of EMD, DD, B.G, FDR etc. on time to client Follow up to client for BO
