Compensation: 3lpa to 5lpa Languages: Proficiency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Openhouse is seeking an experienced Account Executive to drive sales growth and build strong relationships with our clients About the role: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our growing team. As Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional solutions tailored to client needs. Key Responsibilities: Maintain day-to-day books of accounts (Accounts Payable/Receivable, General Ledger, etc.) Prepare and process invoices, payments, receipts, and journal entries Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flows Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closings Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.) Maintain vendor and customer ledgers, follow up on outstanding payments. Coordinate with internal departments and external auditors as needed Maintain organized financial records and documentation for audit purposes Use accounting software such as Tally, Zoho Books. Who Should Apply? Minimum 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles Fluent in Hindi and English. Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. Self-motivated and target-driven.
