Handle incoming inquiries from various channels (calls, emails, website, social media).
Understand customer needs and provide accurate project information.
Maintain strong follow-up with prospective clients.
Schedule site visits for the sales team.
Update lead details, follow-ups, and status.
Maintain professionalism and provide an excellent customer experience.
Share daily/weekly reports on lead status and performance.

Skills Required:

Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
Confident and presentable personality.
Good understanding of customer handling and sales processes.
Ability to work under minimal supervision and manage time effectively.

Qualification:

Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in real estate pre-sales/telecalling will be an added advantage.
