Job Description

Role & responsibilities - Manage the sales team - Provide leadership, training, and coaching to the sales team. Set individual sales targets, work on sales scripts, and ensure the team has the resources they need to succeed. Develop sales strategies - Create strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues. They may also devise new selling and promotional techniques. Foster a high-performance culture - Lead by example, mentor sales staff, and ensure everyone adheres to company policies and procedures. Monitor sales performance - Track, collate, and interpret sales figures and reporting. They may also analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement. Educate clients - Keep clients informed about market trends, industry trends, and competitor activities. Requirements - Must be graduated from a reputed Institutes - Min 10 to 15 years of experience in real estate - Excellent communication, managerial and negotiating skills - Problem solving skills, strong analytical and quantitative skills Preferred candidate profile - Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success in leadership roles.
