Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Key Responsibilities

1. Outbound Calling

Make calls to potential customers to explain products or services.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Follow-up on previous inquiries and maintain regular contact with prospects.

2. Inbound Call Handling

Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
Record customer requirements and forward to the concerned department.
Maintain professionalism and a positive tone in all interactions.

3. Customer Relationship Management

Update customer details and interaction history in CRM/lead sheets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Handle customer complaints or issues and escalate when needed.

4. Sales Support

Assist the sales team by qualifying leads.
Persuade customers to buy or take the next step in the sales process.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.

5. Documentation & Reporting

Maintain call records, lead status, and follow-up logs.
Generate and share daily and weekly reports with supervisors.
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Skills Required

Strong communication and listening skills
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Ability to handle pressure and meet targets
Good telephone etiquette
Persuasive and customer-focused attitude
Patience, politeness, and problem-solving skills
