Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Pre-Sales Executive to manage and qualify inbound leads generated by our marketing team. The role involves interacting with prospective home buyers, understanding their requirements, educating them about the project, and driving them to visit the site. Key Responsibilities: Make timely outbound calls to all enquiries received through various marketing sources (digital, offline, referrals, etc.). Qualify leads by verifying genuineness and intent of purchase. Understand buyer needs including property type, configuration, budget, location preference, and timeline. Share key highlights and USPs of the project with prospects in a clear and engaging manner. Identify whether the lead is interested or not and document the reason in case of disinterest. Actively invite potential buyers for a site visit and assist in scheduling appointments. Send project brochures, videos, and other marketing materials via WhatsApp, email, or SMS. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and lead status in the LMS/CRM panel. Regularly follow up with leads to encourage site visits and move them through the sales funnel. Collaborate closely with the Sales team to hand over qualified leads for further closure. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and/or local languages. Strong listening skills with a customer-first approach. Knowledge of real estate sales or customer handling experience is an advantage. Familiarity with CRM tools or lead management software. Ability to understand customer psychology and build rapport over calls. Basic understanding of real estate terminologies and buyer journeys. Eligibility Criteria: Education: Graduate in any discipline. Experience: 02 years in telesales, customer support, or real estate pre-sales preferred. Roles and Responsibilities of a Stores Assistant (Construction Site) 1. Material Receipt Verify quantity and quality of received materials against delivery challans/invoices. Ensure proper documentation for all incoming materials (Goods Receipt Note - GRN). Check materials for damages, expiry, or defects before accepting. 2. Material Storage Store materials in an organized and secure manner (category/brand/usage-wise). Maintain proper labeling, stacking, and protection from weather or theft. Follow First-In-First-Out (FIFO) system for materials with shelf life. 3. Material Issue & Dispatch Issue materials as per Material Issue Slip (MIS) or requisition form from site engineers. Record all issued materials and update stock registers/software. Ensure only authorized personnel receive materials. 4. Inventory Management Maintain accurate stock levels and update stock register (manual or ERP/SAP). Conduct regular physical stock verification. Identify slow-moving, excess, or obsolete stock and report to management. 5. Documentation and Records Maintain records of: GRNs Delivery Challans (DCs) Purchase Orders (POs) Material Issue Slips Stock Registers Submit regular reports to the Purchase or Accounts Department. 6. Coordination Coordinate with site engineers for material requirements. Liaise with the purchase department regarding shortages or urgent needs. Inform procurement team about low stock items in advance. 7. Safety and Compliance Ensure safe handling of hazardous or heavy materials. Follow safety procedures for storage (e.g., for flammable items or chemicals). Ensure compliance with audit and company policies. 8. Security of Materials Monitor movement of materials in and out of the store. Work with security personnel to ensure gate entry stamping is done for received materials. Ensure projects are executed as per drawings, design, and specifications. Coordinate with architects, consultants, and subcontractors. 2. Site Management Supervise daily site activities and guide junior engineers/supervisors. Ensure safety standards (HSE) and quality checks are followed. Resolve technical issues on-site. 3. Quality Control & Assurance Inspect materials, workmanship, and finishing quality. Conduct tests (concrete, steel, soil, etc.) as per IS codes/standards. Approve material submittals and method statements. 4. Resource & Cost Management Monitor labor, machinery, and material usage. Track budgets, reduce wastage, and control costs. Approve contractor bills and prepare progress reports. 5. Client & Consultant Coordination Attend site meetings with clients and consultants.
