Tele Caller

• Monitor, track, and

  analyze lead flow

  from various marketing sources (digital, offline, events, portals, etc.).
• Evaluate

  lead quality

  based on source, engagement level, customer profile, and conversion potential.
• Prepare

  daily, weekly, and monthly lead performance reports

  and share insights with sales and management teams.
• Identify trends, drop-offs, duplicate leads, and areas where lead nurturing or marketing strategy can be improved.
• Coordinate with the pre-sales team to review lead conversations and assess quality feedback.
• Maintain and update CRM/LMS tools with proper tagging, notes, and lead stages to ensure

  data hygiene

• Support ongoing marketing campaigns by monitoring performance metrics and feedback loops.
• Maintain and organize data in Google Sheets, Excel, and cloud storage for internal use and audits.
• Assist in the optimization of WhatsApp automation panels, landing pages, and inquiry tracking sheets.
• Support the marketing team in backend coordination for event lead handling, channel partner lead tracking, and digital campaign feedback.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret marketing and lead performance data.
• Proficiency in

  Excel/Google Sheets

  (pivot tables, charts, dashboards, filters, formulas).
• Familiarity with

  real estate lead sources

  , sales funnel stages, and inquiry types.
• Experience in handling or supporting

  CRM/LMS tools

  (such as Leadsquared, Sell.Do, Zoho, etc.).
• Good communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external vendors.
• Basic understanding of real estate marketing campaigns and customer journey mapping.
• Highly organized with attention to detail and ability to manage large datasets.
