Role & responsibilities

Create a MINDFUL Customer Experience with genuine concern to help Prospective Customers to make a decision in their Home Buying
Understands the need to make progress and facilitate prospective Customers to move from one stage of buying to the next step with meaningful inputs/assistance
Is able to explain Project and all its artefacts/collateral/specifications/offerings
Understands benefits of taking up commitment on Customer Acquisition with timelines and is able to hold pricing guidelines in their value proposition

Requirement :

Resident of HYD
Readiness to move/travel/commute between offices & projects
Fluent in ENGLISH, TELUGU and HINDI all 3
GOOD COMMUNICATION ability is ESSENTIAL
Is able to make proper WRITTEN communication in ENGLISH through emails and proficient in using MS-Office tools extensively for business interaction
Graduate
Responsive & prompt in Internal-External Customer Interaction
