Roles & Responsibilities Business Development Associate (FlexCoders)
Generate new leads through calls, WhatsApp, social media, and college outreach.
Contact students and explain FlexCoders training programs such as Full Stack Development, Data Analytics, Data Science, Generative AI, etc.
Understand student requirements and suggest the right course based on their career goals.
Schedule demo sessions, counselling calls, and follow-up meetings.
Clearly explain course structure, duration, fees, and placement support.
Maintain strong follow-up with potential leads to convert them into admissions.
Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets.
Update lead status regularly in CRM or Excel and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth onboarding after admission.
Represent FlexCoders during college visits, workshops, and events (if required).
Maintain a professional, positive, and student-friendly communication style.
