About the Role

Business Development Associate (BDA)

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound leads from various channels.
Conduct product presentations and counseling sessions with students/parents.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable courses or programs.
Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho Lead Squared).
Follow up regularly to ensure timely conversions and meet monthly sales targets.
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to improve the conversion process.
Provide accurate daily/weekly sales reports using CRM and Excel.
Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2-4 years of experience
as a BDA in the
EdTech industry
(mandatory).
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with
CRM tools
.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to manage time effectively and multitask.

Preferred Skills

Experience in converting high-value leads.
Knowledge of EdTech sales cycles and counseling methods.
