Role Overview:

As a Business Development Associate, you will be at the forefront of building relationships,expanding our network, and ensuring seamless sponsorship experiences. This role is perfect for a motivated professional eager to make an impact in the offline marketing space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential stake holders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners to drive platform growth.
• Act as an account manager, ensuring smooth collaboration between sponsors and event
• Analyze market trends and contribute to business development strategies.
• Work closely with internal teams to enhance our service experience.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proactive mindset with excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
• Passion for branding and marketing.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team.
