Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for smart and energetic BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE whom Supervise and guide a team of Admission Counsellors handling institutional leads.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management & Leadership

  • Supervise and guide a team of Admission Counsellors handling institutional leads and partner accounts.
  • Allocate daily/weekly targets and monitor performance metrics (leads, conversions, calls, and closures).
  • Conduct training sessions to improve product knowledge, sales pitch, and partner communication.
  • Motivate the team to achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets.

2. B2B Channel Development

  • Build and manage relationships with education consultants, channel partners, and franchise associates.
  • Identify new B2B partnership opportunities to expand the reach of online and distance learning programs.
  • Negotiate and finalize B2B revenue-sharing models and ensure compliance with MoU terms.
  • Maintain regular communication with university representatives and partner institutions.

3. Admissions & Operations

  • Ensure smooth lead flow management from partners to the admissions team.
  • Track the end-to-end admission process from lead generation to enrollment confirmation.
  • Coordinate with the University Admission Cell for student onboarding, verification, and documentation.
  • Monitor data accuracy, fee submissions, and record updates in CRM or admission management software.

4. Performance Reporting

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on leads, conversions, and revenue achieved.
  • Present data-driven insights and strategies to improve partner performance and admissions output.
  • Maintain clear documentation of all B2B agreements, student lists, and payment settlements.

5. Coordination with Marketing & Academic Teams

  • Collaborate with marketing to create B2B promotional campaigns and partner materials.
  • Coordinate with the academics team for orientation sessions, training materials, and student support.-

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of the education industry, online learning models, and university collaborations.
  • Experience in B2B sales, channel management, or institutional partnerships.
  • Data-driven decision-making and proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).
  • Strong leadership and team-handling abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Understanding of the education industry, online learning models, and university collaborations.
  • Experience in B2B sales, channel management, or institutional partnerships.
  • Data-driven decision-making and proficiency in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, etc.).

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or Education Management.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in admissions or B2B educational sales, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
