Roles & Responsibilities Oversee daily site activities to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to schedules. Supervise on-site workers, ensuring safety, productivity, and timely task completion. Coordinate timely procurement and availability of materials and tools. Conduct checks to maintain quality standards and compliance with design specs. Serve as the on-site client contact to address queries and ensure satisfaction. Oversee furniture fitting and installation for quality and functionality. Manage external teams to ensure quality and timelines. Liaise with design, production, logistics, and dispatch teams. Maintain detailed reports—progress updates, photos, manpower logs, and checklists. Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain site cleanliness post-installation.
