Urgently Required a Business Development Associate for an Edtech Firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Conduct daily visits to schools and educational institutions to promote REPL World’s products
• Generate and qualify leads through research, networking, and on-ground interactions.
• Present and demonstrate educational robotics and coding solutions to school management and educators.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches, campaigns, and client onboarding.
• Conduct regular sales meetings and provide valuable insights to enhance sales strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and market feedback, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Represent the company at education fairs, exhibitions, and promotional events.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or client servicing (preferably in EdTech or education sector).
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Passion for education, technology, and working with schools.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Must be based in Pune or willing to relocate.
• Female candidates only (as per current team requirements).
