As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a Business Development Associate who can help us expand our DSA network and build strong partnerships that drive business growth.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a well-spoken and finance-knowledgeable professional who can combine client engagement with financial and business development support. The candidate will connect with CFOs, Chartered Accountants, and senior finance leaders, while also contributing with a solid understanding of financial statements and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong business relationships with CFOs, Chartered Accountants, and finance leaders.
• Support business development initiatives focused on Bridge Funding, Debt Syndication, Structured Finance, and Advisory Services.
• Assist in preparing financial proposals, P&L statements, balance sheets, computation of income (COI), and related reports.
• Review and analyze financial documents including ITR (Saral Page), CA-attested P&L and Balance Sheets, and Audit Reports (Form 3CA / 3CB).
• Collaborate with the senior advisory team to convert leads into active clients.
• Maintain a structured database of leads, follow-ups, and business pipelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 2–3 years of experience in finance, business development, or loan marketing.
• Strong knowledge of:
• ITR (Saral Page)
• Computation of Income (COI)
• Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet (CA-attested)
• Audit Reports (Form 3CA, 3CB)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, with a confident presence in client-facing roles.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage senior finance professionals.
• Proactive, energetic, and results-driven mindset.

Work Mode:

• On-site: Himalaya House, Connaught Place, New Delhi
• Occasional Work-from-Home flexibility based on business needs

· Travel: Candidate should be comfortable traveling to key markets such as Mumbai, Delhi, and Gujarat for client meetings and business events
