Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Associate based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The responsibilities include conducting market research, generating leads, delivering effective presentations, and maintaining strong communication with prospective clients. The role involves identifying growth opportunities, creating tailored solutions for clients, and supporting the overall business strategy of the company. Qualifications Strong Presentation Skills, with the ability to create and deliver compelling presentations Proficiency in Lead Generation and Market Research to identify new business opportunities Exceptional Communication skills to establish and maintain client relationships Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and handle client-facing interactions effectively Prior experience in business development or a related field is an advantage
