Role Summary Drive new business for Fame Keeda’s influencer marketing services—owning the funnel from prospecting and first meetings to proposals, negotiations, and handover for execution. You’ll collaborate closely with strategy, influencer relations, finance/ops, and founders to hit revenue targets. Key Responsibilities Pipeline Ownership: Identify and qualify prospects (brands, D2C, startups, agencies) via outreach, referrals, events, and inbound. Discovery & Solutions: Run discovery calls, translate goals into clear influencer marketing proposals with deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Proposals & Pitches: Build decks, case-led narratives, and SOWs; present to brand stakeholders and handle objections. Negotiation & Closure: Align on scope, pricing, and terms; coordinate with finance/ops for invoicing and documentation. Account Handover: Create clean handoffs to execution teams (brief, targets, success metrics, timelines). Forecasting & Reporting: Maintain tidy trackers (Sheets/Docs), update funnel stages, and publish weekly revenue forecasts. Market Intelligence: Track categories, seasonal moments, competitor activity, and creator trends to shape outreach hooks. Relationship Management: Nurture warm leads and past clients; reactivate dormant accounts with timely, relevant pitches. Collaboration: Partner with Influencer Relations to pre-validate creator feasibility and with Strategy for campaign ideas. Must-Have Skills Excellent written & verbal communication (emails, calls, presentations); crisp note-taking. Strong prospecting and qualifying discipline; comfort with cold outreach (email/LinkedIn/calls). Solid proposal and decking ability (Google Slides/Docs); basic number sense for pricing and margins. Confidence in negotiation and closing in fast agency cycles. Organized, reliable follow-ups; thrives on targets and clear KPIs. Proficiency with Google Sheets/Docs/Slides for trackers, forecasts, and reports. Nice to Have Prior experience selling influencer marketing / social / content / digital services. Understanding of creator economics (rates, usage rights, whitelisting, affiliate/UTM basics). Experience with RFP responses and contract basics (NDA, MSA, SOW coordination). Event/activation experience and brand-side stakeholder networks.
