Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team as a Lead Generation & Conversion Manager in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to ensure customer success and upselling opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast sales performance based on existing pipeline, product improvements, and market trends.
  • Gather marketing intelligence from customer feedback for product features' roadmap.
  • Define and track performance metrics to measure sales effectiveness.
  • Coordinate sales efforts within the team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Mentor and inspire through training, performance management, and opportunity creation.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or business development.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field; an MBA/PGDM is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of EdTech, SAAS, Media Sales, Hybrid, CRM Sales, IT Sales, ERP Sales, and Sales Management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
