Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional with 3 to 8 years of experience to join our team as a Lead Generation & Conversion Manager in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and execute lead generation strategies to drive business growth.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners to ensure customer success and upselling opportunities.
Accurately forecast sales performance based on existing pipeline, product improvements, and market trends.
Gather marketing intelligence from customer feedback for product features' roadmap.
Define and track performance metrics to measure sales effectiveness.
Coordinate sales efforts within the team and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Mentor and inspire through training, performance management, and opportunity creation.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in sales and marketing or business development.
Bachelor's degree in any field; an MBA/PGDM is preferred.
Strong knowledge of EdTech, SAAS, Media Sales, Hybrid, CRM Sales, IT Sales, ERP Sales, and Sales Management.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
