Role Overview: As a Business Development and Sales Manager in our team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and business development within the medical product design and development sector. Keep track of market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. - Proposal and Contract Management: Prepare compelling proposals and negotiate contracts with clients. Ensure all agreements align with company policies and goals. - Collaboration: Work closely with product development and marketing teams to align sales strategies with product offerings and marketing campaigns. - Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and adjust strategies accordingly. - Networking: Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to promote the business and expand the client base. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus. - Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the medical product design and development sector. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Strong understanding of the medical product design and development market. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
