Job Description

You are a high-performing Business Development and Sales Executive responsible for maximizing the sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to upper management. Your main responsibilities include achieving growth targets, designing strategic business plans, recruiting and coaching sales representatives, building strong customer relationships, presenting sales reports, and identifying emerging markets. Key Responsibilities: - Successfully manage the Leeds to hit sales targets - Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customer base - Recruit, set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives - Build long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs - Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports to the management team - Identify emerging markets and market shifts while staying informed about new products and competition status Qualifications Required: - Bachelor/Master degree in business administration or related field - Previous experience as a sales representative or sales executive, meeting or exceeding targets - Commitment to continuous education - Strong communication and presentation skills at all organizational levels - Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close - Strong business sense and industry expertise Please note that the job is full-time and permanent with a day shift schedule, performance bonus, and quarterly bonus. You must be able to commute or relocate to Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Experience in web development for at least 1 year is required. The application deadline is 15/05/2025.
