Business Data Analyst

Vrinda Exim is a leading apparel and export house, working with international fashion brands across multiple continents. As we expand our operations and adopt data-driven practices, we’re looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our fast-growing team.

Role Overview:

You will play a key role in turning data into business insights — driving efficiency, performance visibility, and decision-making across departments. The role demands strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and initiative to build and improve reporting frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret operational, financial, and production data to generate actionable insights.
• Build and automate dashboards / reports using Power BI, Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros/VBA), and Power Query.
• Support management with weekly and monthly performance reviews through data summaries and visualizations.
• Collaborate with multiple teams (production, merchandising, logistics, finance) to standardize and automate data flows.
• Continuously improve existing reporting systems and recommend efficiency upgrades.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst (preferably in manufacturing, export, or operations domain).
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, macros).
• Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
• High ownership, initiative, and ability to work independently.

Job Types: Full-time, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 6-12 months

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
