About Vrinda Exim: Vrinda Exim is a leading apparel and export house, working with international fashion brands across multiple continents. As we expand our operations and adopt data-driven practices, we’re looking for a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to join our fast-growing team. Role Overview: You will play a key role in turning data into business insights — driving efficiency, performance visibility, and decision-making across departments. The role demands strong analytical thinking, excellent communication, and initiative to build and improve reporting frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Analyze and interpret operational, financial, and production data to generate actionable insights. Build and automate dashboards / reports using Power BI, Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros/VBA), and Power Query. Support management with weekly and monthly performance reviews through data summaries and visualizations. Collaborate with multiple teams (production, merchandising, logistics, finance) to standardize and automate data flows. Continuously improve existing reporting systems and recommend efficiency upgrades. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Data Analyst (preferably in manufacturing, export, or operations domain). Strong command of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, macros). Proficiency in Power BI or similar data visualization tools. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English. High ownership, initiative, and ability to work independently.
