Job Description

Role Purpose

Drive capability development for the CVMD division by delivering impactful training programs, equipping field teams and cross-functional stakeholders with scientific knowledge, commercial excellence skills, and behavioral competencies required to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Training Capability Development

  • Design and deliver therapy-specific learning modules and soft-skills training for CVMD field teams and cross-functional teams
  • Conduct onboarding, on-the-job training, and post-training assessments to ensure effective knowledge transfer
  • Facilitate field coaching, role-plays, and simulations focused on CVMD therapy areas, scientific detailing, and customer engagement
  • Develop e-learning modules and learning assignments in collaboration with internal trainers and subject-matter experts

Business Partnering

  • Work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Marketing, and HR to align training needs with business priorities
  • Support performance improvement initiatives through TNA (Training Needs Analysis) and targeted interventions
  • Collaborate with regional leaders to track capability building and field execution

Performance Execution

  • Monitor training effectiveness using structured evaluation tools, quizzes, and coaching logs
  • Ensure continuous upskilling in CVMD therapy knowledge, objection handling, and patient pathway understanding
  • Allocate ~50% time to field coaching and ~50% to classroom, virtual training, and content development

Qualifications

  • Graduate in Life Sciences/Pharmacy (MBA preferred)
  • 5-10 years of experience in training, capability building, or sales/medical affairs within CVMD or high-science therapy areas
  • Strong communication, scientific acumen, and coaching skills
