Job Title: Business Associate The Business Associate supports daily business operations by assisting with administrative tasks, data analysis, project coordination, and client communication. This role helps ensure workflow efficiency and contributes to strategic initiatives across departments. Ideal for a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive individual, the Business Associate works closely with management to improve processes and support organizational goals. Key Responsibilities Operational Support: Assist with day-to-day business operations, including scheduling, documentation, and workflow coordination. Data & Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret business data to support decision-making; prepare reports, presentations, and performance summaries. Project Coordination: Support project planning, timelines, and deliverables; track progress and communicate updates. Client & Stakeholder Communication: Serve as a point of contact for clients, vendors, or partners; manage inquiries, schedule meetings, and maintain positive relationships. Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve productivity and operational performance. Documentation: Maintain accurate records, files, and project documentation; ensure compliance with company policies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with finance, marketing, HR, and operations teams to execute initiatives and support business needs. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or project management tools is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. Detail-oriented, resourceful, and able to work independently or within a team. Preferred Skills Experience in business operations, sales support, administration, or project coordination. Knowledge of business analysis or reporting tools (e.g., Excel advanced formulas, Tableau, Power BI). Strong customer service skills and relationship-management capabilities. Work Environment Full-time or part-time position (depending on employer needs). Fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and proactive problem-solving.
