The Business Associate will be responsible for conducting market research and analysis, supporting financial and business planning, managing day-to-day customer interactions, and ensuring high-quality customer service delivery. Additional tasks include supporting operational activities, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to strategic decision-making processes to achieve business objectives. Qualifications Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business acumen Strong foundation in Finance and the ability to interpret financial data Excellent Communication skills to facilitate collaboration and convey ideas effectively Customer Service orientation with the ability to address and resolve client concerns promptly Adaptability and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous
