Developing new capabilities leveraging new sources of data and methods that include segment-level analysis, and providing leadership to help people perform at their best, through motivating and developing them to achieve high performance, are all part of the leadership responsibilities. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelors or Masters in Engineering, a minimum of 10 years of pharma/life science consulting job experience, high motivation, good work ethic, maturity, and personal initiative.
