HE INTERNSHIP - Sales Operations (Bangalore, India)

The internship will require a high level of both quantitative and qualitative analysis and activities. Each intern will be responsible for leading an individual project which will be presented to the Executive team at the end of the summer and will receive mentorship from a business unit leader.

We are looking for interns who can think creatively and analytically, embrace ambiguity, and thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and have a solution-focused mindset driven by making an impact.

For interns who successfully complete our internship program there will be strong consideration for a full-time offer to join our team.

THE ROLE

Creating a scalable performance management process to measure commercial success with data
Establishing reporting and analytics for key commercial performance indicators
Conducting exploratory data analysis
Working with unstructured data to derive the business insights and presenting them to the team.
Building dashboards in Tableau

THE QUALIFICATIONS

Currently pursuing a Master s or Bachelor s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics or equivalent
Strong analytical thinker who can translate data into actionable deliverables
Skilled at using BI tools like Tableau and Power BI
Knowledge of Programming languages like R, Python, VBA
Intermediate proficiency in SQL
Well-organized, detail-oriented, and ability to work well both independently and in a team environment.
Ability to move between strategic thinking and details.

A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple-time zones and sites!

In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload and tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
