Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic

Manager Data Analyst

to join our Marketing team. This role requires a data leader who can go beyond reporting someone who can transform complex data into strategic marketing insights, influence decision-making at the leadership level, and enhance performance across digital, offline, and integrated campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and automation of marketing dashboards and performance reports
  • Analyze customer behavior, channel performance, campaign effectiveness, lead funnel, and ROI across all marketing activities
  • Partner with senior marketing leadership to define KPIs and drive insights for brand, digital, content, and CRM teams
  • Develop models for segmentation, targeting, predictive analytics, and marketing mix optimization
  • Build scalable data processes and reporting frameworks aligned to business growth and campaign scale
  • Guide experimentation and A/B testing frameworks; evaluate marketing hypotheses with statistical rigor
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts or data associates within the team
  • Present findings to senior stakeholders using visualization tools and compelling storytelling
  • Collaborate with Data Engineering, IT, and external partners to ensure marketing data quality and governance

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s or Master s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • 10 12 years of experience in data analytics, with significant focus on marketing analytics
  • Deep understanding of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, offline, CRM) and customer journeys
  • Advanced proficiency in

    SQL

    Excel

    ,

    Power BI/Tableau

    , and

    Google Analytics

    or similar tools
  • Experience with CRM and marketing platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Analytics, or Marketo
  • Strong statistical knowledge and experience in predictive modeling and marketing mix modeling
  • Proven ability to influence strategic decisions through data-driven insights
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
