Outpatient Services Head Responsibilities & Duties Oversee daily operations of outpatient services to ensure the highest level of patient care and satisfaction Develop and implement programs to improve clinical outcomes and efficiency Manage budgets and resources to support the growth of the outpatient services division Lead and mentor a team of clinical and support staff to achieve organizational goals Partner with physicians and other healthcare providers to provide comprehensive patient care Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and continuous improvement Outpatient Services Director Qualifications & Skills Masters degree in Healthcare Administration Experience with EHR systems and healthcare technology Track record of developing and implementing successful programs in healthcare Certification in healthcare management Bachelors or Masters degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 2 years in outpatient services Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Proven ability to effectively manage budgets and resources Knowledge of healthcare regulations and industry trends
