Key Responsibilities
- Technical Responsibilities:
- - Apply proficient understanding of Business Analysis & Requirement Engineering (BRD, FRD) to develop and implement functional specifications for software solutions.
- - Manage cross-functional teams, timelines, budgets, and risks using Technical Project Management & Stakeholder Management skills to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Managerial Responsibilities:
- - Lead a team of technical analysts and account managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
- - Oversee projects effectively by setting clear objectives, defining roles and responsibilities, and monitoring progress to ensure project success.
- The Business Analyst is a key contributor to the IT industry, bridging the gap between technology and business objectives within account management. They deliver solutions that meet business needs while staying aligned with current IT trends and best practices. Successful candidates will have demonstrated experience working on projects similar to Xerago's delivery model, showcasing their ability to deliver high-quality work with a focus on customer satisfaction, innovation, and agility. The Business Analyst should be adept at adapting to new technologies and processes. Their contributions to business growth and revenue targets will also be considered in their performance evaluation.

Required Qualifications
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, with a specialization in Business Analysis and Systems Design.
- 2. Strong proficiency in Business Process Modeling (BPMN), Data Modeling (ERD) and Systems Design (UML).
- 3. Good to have knowledge in cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- 4. Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) by IIBA (Valuable)
- 5. Project Management Professional (PMP) by PMI (Good to have)
- 6. Scrum Master (CSM) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) by Scrum Alliance (Good to have)
- 7. Advanced Excel and SQL skills, proficiency in PowerBI is valuable.
- 8. Strong communication, leadership, team management, adaptability, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- 9. Note point: For fresher, suggest Proficient or Intermediate level in mentioned certifications and tools; for experienced candidates, suggest Certified or Expert level in certifications and Advanced level in tools.
