About the Role : We are seeking a hands-on Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and delivery of complex multi-tenant SaaS cloud native scalable platform applications using .NET 8.0, Angular 19, and Azure cloud technologies. You will guide a high performing engineering team, contribute to architecture, and code, and ensure the adoption of engineering best practices across the SDLC. Notice Period : 15 - 30 days Key Responsibilities: Lead end to end architecture and technical design for microservices based applications hosted on Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS). Guide and mentor a team of developers across backend (.NET), frontend (Angular), and DevOps disciplines. Define scalable architectures using Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Azure Synapse for data driven solutions. Own system integration with Azure AD B2C for secure authentication and authorization. Oversee event driven architecture implementations using RabbitMQ or similar messaging frameworks. Integrate business reporting requirements via Logi Reports. Define and enforce coding standards, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices using Azure DevOps/GitHub. Collaborate with product owners and architects to translate requirements into effective designs. Troubleshoot and resolve critical issues across application, data, and infrastructure layers Required Skills: Strong command of .NET 8.0, C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core and REST API development. Advanced experience with Angular (preferably v19), NX Workspaces and RxJS. Hands on experience with AKS, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, and Azure Synapse. Expertise in microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Working knowledge of RabbitMQ, Azure AD B2C, and Logi Reports. Proven experience in designing scalable cloud native applications using Azure services. Exposure to AI/ML, Azure AI & ML services will be preferred Strong leadership, mentorship, and code review abilities. Product development experience is required

Key Responsibilities: Total of 5 years of experience in testing with very good Analytical Skills Strong years of experience in testing web based applications preferably using .Net 4+ years of experience in regression, integration & system level test execution Experience in manual testing, writing test cases and executing them is a must Experience in testing automation would be given priority Experience on Load Testing using different tools such as Load Runner Exposure to different domains, QA methodologies and QA documentation Understanding of RDBMS fundamentals and working knowledge of T-SQL (database testing) Should be able to interact with the clients and flexible to support in US time zones on need. Experience in developing test plan, test metrics & test scenarios Participation for full SDLC & STLC in at least one application is must Participation in UAT or handle UAT and getting signoff (handled at least one UAT) Achieving cross browser testing and compatibility is an asset Resources with knowledge on testing frontend using different tools(like firebug) is a plus

Create and maintain optimized database schemas, with proficiency in normalization and denormalization techniques. Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting of issues related to query performance, deadlocks, blocking, and long-running transactions. Utilize tools such as SQL Server Profiler, Execution Plans, Extended Events, DMVs, Query Analyzer, Enterprise Manager, Index Tuning Wizard, and Windows Performance Monitor for performance tuning and diagnostics. Collaborate with application teams to design efficient data access patterns and support scalable architectures. Ensure data security through proper user roles, permissions, encryption techniques, and secure development practices. Document database designs, stored procedures, and troubleshooting steps in a clear and standardized format. Stay current with the latest SQL Server features and best practices, recommending adoption where relevant. Required Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of experience as a SQL Server Developer. Expert-level knowledge of T-SQL programming, stored procedures, and performance optimization. Strong understanding of SQL Server internals, including indexing strategies, transaction management, and execution plans. Proficient in performance analysis and tuning using Profiler, Execution Plans, Extended Events, and DMVs. Solid grasp of database security principles, including access control and encryption. Proven experience working with large and complex T-SQL codebases. Ability to write logical, efficient, and scalable SQL code. Comfortable working independently as well as part of cross-functional teams. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Experience working with Azure SQL Database or other cloud-based deployments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with CI/CD pipelines for managing database deployments. Familiarity with version control systems for database code (e.g., Git, Redgate SQL Source Control). Domain experience in healthcare or workforce management platforms is a plus. Experience with creating, populating, and maintaining data marts, with strong knowledge of data warehousing structures, including Star and Snowflake schemas.
