We’re seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support data-driven decision-making and process optimization across teams. In this role, you’ll bridge business needs with technical solutions — gathering requirements, analyzing data, and recommending strategies that drive growth and efficiency.
Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and workflows
Evaluate existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend actionable solutions
Create detailed reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Operations, and Marketing
Support project planning and implementation with data-backed recommendations
Conduct market and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions
Ensure project deliverables meet quality and compliance standards
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role
Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets) and BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
Experience creating and interpreting business process documentation (e.g., flowcharts, BRDs, user stories)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights
Preferred Skills
Experience working with SQL or other data querying languages
Familiarity with Agile or Scrum project management frameworks
Background in SaaS, eCommerce, or technology environments
Experience with requirements management tools (Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, or Notion)
