Job Duties & Responsibilities:
· Develop and execute strategies to expand international business and achieve sales targets.
· Identify and engage with potential clients, securing meetings and appointments.
· Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high client retention.
· Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage post-sales follow-up to ensure client satisfaction.
· Conduct thorough market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and client needs.
Educational Qualifications & Skills:
· MBA in Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
· Any degree/Diploma
· At least 4 years of experience * in business development or a similar role, preferably in international markets.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
· Strong negotiation, presentation, and client retention skills.
· Exceptional networking capabilities with a proven ability to build and sustain professional relationships.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
· Proficiency in CRM tools, business intelligence platforms, and MS Office Suite.
· Prior experience in international business development is highly desirable.
