Hiring

Business Analysts

to analyze requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and ensure smooth communication between the teams.

Salary

: INR 9,00,000 / year

Responsibilities

Gather and document business requirements through meetings, interviews, and workshops.
Analyze and interpret data to support decision-making and business improvement.
Create functional specifications, business process flows, and user stories.
Work with technical teams to ensure accurate translation of requirements into solutions.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and internal performance reviews.
Support testing, validation, and implementation of new business systems or processes.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal stakeholders.
Assist in identifying process improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions.

Eligibility

2 years of relevant work experience
Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and basic SQL.
