Role Overview

Business Analyst

You’ll turn insights into strategies — helping us identify key trends, evaluate opportunities, and measure the impact of our events and partnerships.

What You’ll Do

Analyze data from past Demo Nights and Awards to identify growth opportunities.
Research emerging industries, top leaders, and potential event partners.
Prepare analytical reports and dashboards to guide business and sponsorship decisions.
Support pitch and award selection processes with structured evaluation frameworks.
Work with the leadership team to forecast engagement, ROI, and conversion metrics.
Contribute insights that help shape new categories, partnerships, and event formats.

What You’ll Need

2–4 years of experience in business analysis, strategy, or market research.
Strong analytical and presentation skills (Excel, Power BI, or similar).
Comfortable interpreting qualitative and quantitative data into business narratives.
Interest in startups, leadership ecosystems, or events is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication — crisp, confident, and data-backed.
