Data Analyst

You’ll work across Demo Nights, Awards, and leadership events — using data to improve targeting, measure engagement, and guide decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and analyze engagement and event data.
Create dashboards and insights reports for business teams.
Identify trends across leader participation, sponsorships, and audience behavior.
Collaborate with product and strategy teams to define success metrics.

Requirements

Proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau.
Strong analytical and visualization skills.
Curiosity to explore patterns and simplify complex data.
Background in analytics, economics, or engineering preferred.
