Your work will help shape how India’s top leadership community scales through data.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build predictive models for event success, engagement, and sponsor ROI.
  • Design machine learning algorithms to analyze participant behavior.
  • Work closely with analytics and strategy teams to operationalize insights.
  • Present data-driven recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

  • Strong grasp of Python/R, ML libraries, and data modeling.
  • Experience in predictive analytics, NLP, or clustering techniques.
  • Proven ability to turn insights into business outcomes.
  • Prior exposure to community or event analytics is a plus.
